Nathan's ripple

Here is a photo of the ripple I made for Nathan while we were traveling. I think I finished it in Oregon and then we used it in a few hotels on the trip back to New Mexico!

Thanks for the comments! This was so easy to make. I am starting one in shades of burgundy, rose and deep burgundy and will use black as the accent clolr. My youngest son picked out his colors because he didn't want his to look girlie!

Great job on the afghan! I was able to get some good yarn in Romania at a great price too.

If you ever get the chance to come to Russia you will fall in love with the people and your heart will be broken by some of what you see there. Right now I cannot see myself living anywhere else!

go, about to raid the bag of supplies for another project that's using the same colourways and is more time restrictive. Never thought of edging each strip with the white like that, it really makes a difference.

And in answer to your question on my blog, I am LOVING PPP. It does mean working hard to keep going with the weekly memes and stuff to keep people coming to your site, and that sometimes is a bit of a chore (on weeks you really don't have anything to give writing wise), but it's paying for stuff that otherwise we simply could NOT afford, so I'm happy.
