I see no reason why the two should not be joined together!

Lily Chin!
Today is my birthday! My oldest son bought me this great book by Lily Chin. I have to admit that I am a little intimidated by the word Couture but I am willing to give it a try!
Hope your birthday was a good one! I was passing by looking at all your crocheted items, they are lovely. From the look of your other projects, I don't think you'll have any problem with 'couture' :o)

I wouldn't let the work couture interfere with enjoying the book. You'll probably find many things you like in it!
